As the manufacturer of Termidor® products, we have committed to the EPA to carefully monitor, and instruct upon, the correct use of our products.  As part of our commitment to EPA, we have monitored this site.

Your recent participation in a conversation around the BASF product Termidor® termiticide/insecticide gave us concern about your possible use of the product. While we do not have all the facts surrounding your use, it is important that you understand the following:

•Non-labeled use of federally registered pesticides is a violation of federal and state law.

•Uses not included on the Label have not been evaluated for human and environmental safety and can result in human and environmental hazard.

Please carefully review the label to confirm the legal permitted uses of Termidor. You may also visit our website, https://pestcontrol.basf.us/multimedia/proper-use---your-responsible-application-resource-for-termidor-.html, which also contains information on the proper use of Termidor.  For any questions you may have, you may call us at 800-777-8570, or email questions to BASF-Product-Stewardship@BASF.com . We also encourage you to share these resources with anyone you suspect may be involved in the non-labeled use of Termidor®.

Thank You

The BASF Product Stewardship Team

That's what I believe they should keep their noses out of other peoples business I don't know of very many products that are used as recommended from the manufactor if we did we would be following wagon trains out of town as for me I will use anything that works for me and tried and found unharmful for my dogs i'm not goying to give them something that has never been tried unless the ingredience match up to something i'm already using a mad Rebel from Yankee country ZEKE

Grayghost, I guess you are special. I was talking to a friend of mine last night and he is not on this site, but he is on RD.net. I told him about BASF posting on this site. He laughed and said there was a post on RD about using this product and nothing was posted from some big company on there. Now I did notice that the same IP was on here 27 minutes ago. Maybe you need to look it up and jot it down for reference. Then you will have a record of the posting site. Can't see trolling a small site and not a site big as they are.

Good deal Ghost. I have enjoyed the peaceful nature of this site and hope it continues. I do think it odd with 150 members and 3500 posts we get monitored and another site with 13,000 members and 350,000 posts does not get questioned about the same thing, But, Germany sure does ring a bell.... If this person is legit He/She will respond to my questions I ask about other products safe to use and not cost you an arm and leg..
